Directors John, Marc & Nathan are believers in ‘treating their customers as they like to be treated’ and by being good at what they enjoy, with unrivalled expertise and customer service, they will not lose customers! So far, it’s proved a winning formula but they are always looking for other likeminded businesses to join their valued customer ranks, and having one less problem to worry about in their day to day business.
What we do
To our clients we are their reliable and friendly ICT services provider. We work remotely and on site for our clients giving them on-going proactive monitoring, support and protection of their IT systems, business phone and broadband connectivity. Our ‘Assist’ monitoring system receives automated, real time alerts across all the customer’s systems that we support, meaning that we usually resolve problems before our customers even knew they occurred. If we need to react to an issue with a customer’s machine we can do so quickly and jump on the machine in question, and typically solve over 95% of problems there & then, reducing disruption to their business to a minimum. In the rare event that on-site attention is needed our engineers visit promptly, and we sort the issues out at the customer’s premises, with a friendly courteous service.
